Not ready for the moment to end? Extend your two-hour Luxury Picnic Experience with additional time for $100 per hour, giving you and your guests more time to relax, connect, and enjoy your setting.

Let us take care of the details between you and your selected caterer. This service includes coordinating your order, accurately communicating any dietary restrictions and known food allergens, managing payment, pickup and transportation of your order, and intentionally presenting the food as part of your picnic setup.

Catering costs are separate and are based on the selections and pricing of your chosen caterer.

Complete your picnic with an intentionally planned beverage selection. This service includes recommendations for local and specialty non-alcoholic beverages, guidance on appropriate quantities based on your guest count, and mixer recommendations should you choose to bring your own alcoholic beverages.

We’ll coordinate the selection, purchase, pickup, and transportation of your chosen non-alcoholic beverages and provide plenty of ice along with a properly sized beverage container, arranged and ready for your guests to enjoy upon arrival.

The beverage coordination fee is separate from the cost of the beverages.

Add fresh florals to your experience without the extra planning. We’ll communicate directly with your selected florist to coordinate your preferences, special requests, and arrangement details, as well as manage payment, pickup, transportation, and delivery to your picnic location.

Upon arrival, your florals will be artfully placed and incorporated into your picnic setup. Following your experience, the arrangements are yours to take home and enjoy. If you prefer not to take them with you, we’ll also handle their removal and disposal.

Coordination fees vary based on the size and number of floral arrangements being coordinated. The cost of all floral arrangements is separate from the coordination fee.

Add a personal touch to each place setting with customized place cards featuring your guests’ names. Each card is printed on quality cardstock using a font carefully selected to complement the style and theme of your picnic, then displayed in a coordinating place card holder chosen to blend seamlessly with the overall tablescape.

A complete and accurate guest list must be provided in advance.

Capture your favorite moments as they happen with a classic white Fujifilm Instax instant camera. Your camera will arrive ready to use, preloaded with film and accompanied by a set of backup replacement batteries, so all you have to do is point, shoot, and enjoy your photos on the spot.

Your instant prints are yours to keep as a little memento from your Moments Elevated experience.

Need more film? Additional film packs are available for $25 per pack, with 10 instant photos per pack.

Bringing a cake, dessert, appetizers, or other treats to your picnic? Let us take care of the presentation. Simply let your event coordinator know what you plan to bring, and we’ll select appropriately sized serving pieces that complement the style and theme of your experience.

Additional platters, trays, bowls, cake stands, and dessert plates are available upon request and subject to availability. Each serving piece will be accompanied by the appropriate serving utensils, so everything is ready to enjoy when you arrive.

Cake stand service includes a coordinating cake stand, cake server, and individual dessert plates for your guests.

All rented servingware will be incorporated into your picnic setup and collected, cleaned, and sanitized following your experience.

Serving pieces are selected by your event coordinator based on your menu, guest count, picnic theme, and available inventory. Specific pieces may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
